The Orbital Repair Dock, was designed to repair
ships that have been damaged in battle.  This facility is large
enough to accomodate the biggest of ships.  Including Battleships!
The Orbital Repair Dock also houses fighters for protection, as well as
weapons batteries and anti-fighter turrets.
